Winners of the first ever UK Employee Experience Awards have been announced during a celebratory lunch at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London on Friday 27th March.
The Awards recognise and celebrate organisations and their employee-focussed initiatives that have resulted in a positive impact on the organisation, whilst being able to demonstrate the return on investment.
The winners were selected by a panel of judges made up of industry practitioners. During the morning finalists in each of the categories presented their entries to the judges. Winners were then announced during a celebratory lunch in the afternoon.
The overall winner of the UK Employee Experience Awards was Nationwide Building Society for their entry into the Learning and Development Category. At Nationwide they firmly believe it’s their people who make the difference and they aspire for all of their 8,000 Branch Network employees to be successful in their role.
