Wow! Are we thrilled that Heather Small – the voice of M People – will be performing live at the UK Customer Experience Awards in September.

Heather and her distinctive voice have made her one of the most successful female recording articles of recent years. M People has had numerous hits and sold more than 10 million albums worldwide, and Heather’s solo album Proud reached number 12 in the UK charts.

The UK Customer Experience Awards are moving to a new, bigger venue this year as the event will be held at London’s ExCeL on Thursday September 25. Could you be a Judge? You could offer your services as a Judge at the glittering event. Judges will need to use their skills and experience to select winners for the 28 categories. Judging will take place in the morning, and the winners will be announced as part of the lunch spectacle.

Heather Small of M People is due to perform for guests and help to raise funds for Barnado’s. She is an ambassador for the charity and the UK Customer Experience Awards aim to boost funds for Barnado’s by £15,000 through the event.
