Have you booked your table yet for the UK Customer Experience Awards 2013? Space is limited and places are booking up fast for the prestigious event, which takes place in London on October 17.

Finalists were announced at the end of June for the various categories and should now have received details of what needs to be prepared for the event. The Awards are presented in partnership with Customer Experience Magazine and the Cranfield Customer Management Forum (CCMF).

Judges will spend the morning of October 17 studying the top class entries in each category before presenting the awards during a gala lunch at The Grand Connaught Rooms in London.

Networking will play a key part at the Awards ceremony, helped by the launch of Connect at the Awards. This works by sharing contact details – you tell us who you would like to meet and we will share your details if the meeting is mutually agreed. Everyone who registers will be entered into a free draw to feature their company in a future edition of Customer Experience Magazine. The closing date to register is August 20th.

There is still time to get involved as a Judge on the day. You have until September 20th to sign up for the judging panel, which includes representatives from a wide range of large and small businesses.

Plans are also underway for a series of workshops in 2014 based on lessons learned from the 2013 Customer Experience Awards.
