Online stockbroker The Share Centre is used to winning awards, as visitors to their site can attest to.

Now the Aylesbury-based firm have another trophy for their growing collection, the UK CX Award for Customer at the Heart of Everything (Use of Technology).

And they have truly taken customer-centricity to heart, allowing their digital experience to be led by customers, and not the other way around, as is too often the case.

The judges agreed the firm has “closed the gap” between promise and reality for its customers, who are benefitting from a simplified, satisfying online journey.

Speaking to CXM, The Share Centre’s Head of Marketing and Customer Engagement, Paul White, said their latest award topped others to date, including trophies presented to them this year such as Best Online Stockbroker.

“At The Share Centre we have built our reputation on delivering excellent customer service and are regular winners of customer awards within our own industry,” he said.

“However, being recognised with our win at this year’s UK Customer Experience awards, against a much wider set of brands, is extra special to us.

Our focus on customers to shape our technology developments has always been at the forefront of our strategical thinking and implementation.

With this win now behind us, the team will be further motivated in knowing we are driving the business in the right direction that will continue to set us apart from other brands, providing simple and smart customer journeys, enhanced functionality and ultimately increasing commercial performance.”
