Bristol-based Brand Biology has proved to be a firm which understands the science of good service with their incredible win at the 2017 UK Customer Experience Awards.

The company was named Best Customer Experience Training Company at the recent gala event at London’s Wembley Stadium, after seeing off the toughest of competition from PwC’s Academy.

Staff at Brand Biology strive to prove that a brand is “not a thing, it’s a promise” – one which is underlined by the power of “human energy”.

This commitment to putting people back at the heart of branding in order to deliver an exceptional Customer Experience bowled over judges at the awards, and the firm is now maximising its mission for stellar CX going forward with their seal of approval.

Following their fantastic win, the Managing Director of Brand Biology, Aly Neads, told CXM of her and her colleagues’ joy at walking away with one of the evening’s most significant honours.

“We are absolutely thrilled to have won this award, we really are,” she said.
