The European Customer Experience Awards 2024, held live online on September 19th, honoured the finest in customer experience across Europe, uniting experts and organizations committed to delivering exceptional service.

The ceremony’s highlight was the announcement that Talkmobile would be the overall winner of the night. As the fastest-growing UK mobile provider, Talkmobile impressed the judges with its customer-centric approach, securing the top spot among fierce competition.

The company won gold in the ‘Best Customer Experience Strategy’ category before being crowned the overall winner.

The winning initiative is Talkmobile’s project He-Man, which aims to transform the customer experience within the UK telecoms industry. The project sought to address customers’ common frustrations, such as complex products, impersonal service, and limited access to human agents. The key goals were to offer exceptional customer service in the customer’s preferred channel, enable agents to help customers without constraints, and proactively anticipate and address customer needs.

Upon accepting the award, Stuart Wilson, head of Sales and Marketing at Talkmobile, said, “It has been a long journey to turn the company around, to focus on CX, and to create something we are proud of. This award means a lot to all of us. Thank you.”

Congratulations to Talkmobile and all the winners at this year’s ECXAs for their remarkable achievements and contributions to elevating customer service standards across Europe.
