The latest edition of the Türkiye Customer Experience Awards, organised by Awards International, announced this year’s programme winners. This year’s edition of Türkiye CXA brought together leading businesses from across Türkiye to share the most remarkable achievements in customer experience. Leading companies and organisations participated in this prestigious awards program, demonstrating their achievements and competing for highly sought-after industry accolades.

The finals and ceremony

TCXA® ’23 Awards Finals and Ceremony were held live online on September 7, and an extensive live in-person ceremony was held on September 14 in Hilton Maslak Istanbul. On the first day, the finalists presented their initiatives to the judging panel for each category, after which the judges scored them and submitted the results. In the morning, attendees and finalists tuning in enjoyed the CXCoffee session, hosted by Seda Alpkaya, with Merve Kuş and Besim Kosova as guests. Right after the session, the presentations started, and the finalists took to their presentation rooms with their category judges.

On the day of the ceremony, as part of the exciting build-up to the Awards Ceremony, our guests enjoyed participating in the exclusive CX Summit. Sinem Yuksel expertly guided our guests through presentations where esteemed CX experts, including Atasun Kaşbaş, Elif Baydar Aygün, and Erdem Bayrak, generously shared their insights into their initiatives and perspectives.

Following the presentations, Sinem moderated a valuable panel discussion featuring Lama Shanti, Gul Bilgin Mokan, and Gonca Ulufer Temiz as prominent participants.

Who are the winners?

Familiar figures Ian Golding and Seda Alpkaya presided over the grand Awards Ceremony, captivating the attendees with their distinctive charm. Once all the category winners had been announced, it was time for the most exciting moment of the programme – announcing the Overall Winner of TCXA® ’23, the company with the highest score across all categories. Awards International’s Founder and CEO, Neil Skehel, declared Teknosa this year’s programme champion.
