At Customer Experience Magazine, we put gender equality at the centre of our content strategy. More than 80% of our contributors are women, powerful CX leaders, consultants, solution designers, and innovators. We advocate for hearing female voices – so much so that 70% of our top contributors of 2022 were women! We’re a safe space for women in CX to share their perspectives and discussions. Our goal is to provide more space for women leaders in the upcoming years through special media programmes.
