Great news for bank First Direct after it was crowned the top brand for customer service in the 2014 Which? survey.
The survey of 3,600 people looked at the top 100 companies across banking, telecoms, energy, retail and travel, focusing on customer service.
Top was First Direct (87%) followed by toiletries retailer Lush (86%), much-loved department store John Lewis (83%), popular cookware retailer Lakeland (83%) and winner of the 2014 Which? Award for Best Supermarket, Waitrose (83%). First Direct is the only brand to score five stars across all of the Which? ratings categories including staff knowledge and resolving complaints.
At the bottom of the table is Npower (57%), Scottish Power (58%) and last year’s lowest-scoring brand, Ryanair (59%).
