The winners of the International Business Excellence Awards 2020 have been revealed yesterday at the Live Online event, celebrating teams and individuals for the outstanding work done by businesses worldwide.
Finalists were competing to secure Gold, Silver and Bronze titles across 10 categories, with one Overall Winner also named for their high score at the event, with the title for 2020 going to Comply Direct following the firm’s Gold win in the Best Place to Work category.
Subsequent to the entire morning and the afternoon of the Finalists’ presentations, the Awards ceremony gathered more than 100 people online in one virtual room, for two hours of an entertaining and exciting programme.
Another notable win goes to PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited, which landed Gold in two categories: Sustainability, and Social Impact.
Another huge achievement this year for Mesh Experience and LATAM Airlines, winning Gold in Customer Experience and Strategy, Change and Transformation category.
Other winners include Telenor Serbia, Noor Takaful, NVA Lifestyle, Microsoft, and Dubai Electricity & Water Authority. To see the full list of winners, click here.
Luke Murfitt, Entrepreneur of the Year at UK Business Awards 2019 delivered a moving keynote speech on achieving goals despite life setbacks.
In the second half of the ceremony, H.E. Eng. Mohammed N. Al Jasser, Assistant Minister at Ministry of Human Resources & Social Development and CX Leader of the Year at ICXA 2020 also delivered a very insightful keynote presentation on vision and leadership.
