The Finalists have been revealed for the International Customer Experience Awards, which is taking place this November in Amsterdam.

This is the second year of the event, which is a world-class showcase of the very best CX strategies implemented by some of the planet’s most customer-centric organisations.

Finalists will compete in 19 categories, presenting before a panel of expert judges from across the globe, including CX consultant and author Ian Golding; Daniel Ord, founder of Omnitouch International; Jaap Wilms of Wilms & Co, and many more.

Categories this year include: Most Effective Customer Experience in Social Media, Best Digital Strategy, and Best Measurement in Customer Experience.

Among the organisations from around the world shortlisted as finalists for 2019 are Caterpillar, Turkish Airlines, Sky, and Dell Technologies. Click here for a full list of finalists.

The spectacular gala event is set to take place on November 20 at the Novotel Amsterdam City Hotel, and is hosted by Awards International, the organisation behind the hugely successful UK Customer Experience Awards and the Gulf Customer Experience Awards.

Awards International CEO Neil Skehel said: “At Awards International we pride ourselves on our reputation for having the fairest process for deciding business awards winners. Our awards programmes are judged by a large panel of independent and impartial business professionals, who are passionate about their role and meet our stringent criteria.

“Our scoring criteria is endorsed by Cranfield School of Management, and all finalists present their entry live to the judges on the day of the finals. This means that every entrant whether an individual, SME, or large organisation has the same chance of impressing the judges and taking home the top spot on the day.

“To all who have been successfully shortlisted for 2019, I would like to offer a huge congratulations, and we look forward to welcoming you to Amsterdam later this year for what is shaping up to be a spectacular event.”
